This is a hands‐on leadership role responsible for supervising warehouse operations, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting branch administration and delivering outstanding customer service.
Working closely with the Branch Manager, you'll help ensure the warehouse operates safely, efficiently and meets our high service standards.

About the Role
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Supervising and leading the daily activities of the warehouse team.
Coordinating the safe and efficient receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of goods.
Maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting regular stocktakes.
Monitoring warehouse performance and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and efficiency.
Ensuring compliance with Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) policies and safe work practices.
Assisting with customer enquiries, counter sales and order processing as required.
Completing warehouse and branch administration, including freight documentation, inventory transactions and operational reporting.
Liaising with suppliers, transport providers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.




Supporting the Branch Manager with daily branch operations and providing leadership during periods of absence.
Contributing to the achievement of branch operational and customer service KPIs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role.
Experience within warehousing, logistics or distribution operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and a commitment to inventory accuracy.
Solid communication and customer service skills.
A proactive approach to problem‐solving and continuous improvement.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
A current Forklift (LF) Licence (preferred).
A current driver's licence.
