We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee council and civil works projects.
This role is ideal for someone who understands council standards, compliance requirements, and how to keep projects running safely, on time, and to spec.About the RoleYou will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations on council infrastructure projects, ensuring works are delivered in line with council requirements, safety regulations, and project timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate site activities across council works projectsEnsure compliance with council specifications, DA conditions, and QA requirementsManage subcontractors, direct labour, plant, and materialsConduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety inspectionsLiaise with council representatives, engineers, and project managersMaintain site documentation, SWMS, permits, and daily reportsEnsure works are completed safely,
