You will lead a passionate team on the shop floor, uphold high standards of service, and partner with managers across our multi-business precinct.You will drive customer-focused operations, leverage Square POS and ERP for inventory and purchasing, and ensure strict food safety, WHS, and presentation protocols while achieving Gross Profit targets.
