including site clean-up and material handlingAssist operators and trades with daily operations and maintenance tasksOperate small plant and equipment (where ticketed and competent)Follow all safety procedures, site policies, and environmental requirementsConduct pre-start checks and ensure work areas are safe and tidyWork effectively within a team to achieve daily production targetsRequirementsMinimum 12 months' labouring or construction experience (mining or civil preferred)Construction White Card (mandatory)Current Coal Board Medical (CBM) and Standard 11 (S11)Ability to work a 5/2 roster in a remote environmentProven commitment to safety and reliability on sitePhysically fit and capable of performing manual labour for extended periodsWorkfast is a national labour hire company supporting some of Australia's largest and most respected mining and civil contractors.
