you'll play a key role in delivering a high standard of care and ensuring clinic operations run smoothly.You'll be responsible for:Welcoming and checking in patientsAnswering phones and managing email enquiriesBooking and rescheduling appointments using our RIS system (Karisma)Advising patients on preparation requirementsQuoting fees and processing paymentsHandling DVA and third-party claimsSupporting our clinical teams to provide smooth and productive patient careWhat You'll Bring:A warm, professional, and approachable personalityProven experience in reception, healthcare, or customer-facing roles (radiology experience a bonus!)Strong attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressureFlexibility to work across multiple locationsA current driver's licence and reliable vehicleA proactive mindset and willingness to learnConfidence using computer systems and managing multiple tasksIntegral Diagnostics (IDX Group) supports a multicultural and diversity workplace.
