This position is ideal for a high-performing real estate administrator who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, enjoys responsibility and wants to be part of a growing, elite property business.Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-end real estate sales administration from contract preparation through to final settlementManagement of residential and off-the-plan sales files in line with REIWA and legislative requirementsContract processing, variations, disclosures and compliance documentationLiaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, settlement agents and developersProviding high-level executive assistant support to the PrincipalManaging CRM systems, correspondence, follow-ups and key deadlinesAssisting with campaign coordination,
