In this role, you will be responsible for delivering accurate set-out and as-built surveys across a range of construction projects, including:Building feature set-outPrecast wall set-outAs-built or work as executed surveysStructural steel set-outSlab and footing set-outDetail surveysKey Responsibilities:Set out structural and architectural features on active construction sitesPrepare relevant drawings and data for set-outUndertake Quality Assurance (QA) checks and plan preparation following each set-outPrepare survey reports, maps,



and documentationCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure project successAdhere to safety protocols and industry standardsExperience/skills:At least 5 + years of experience in construction surveyingStrong proficiency in using surveying instruments and software (Leica experience preferred)Experience with AutoCAD preferredExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailEffective communication and teamwork abilitiesValid driver's licenceWhat We Offer:Competitive salary based on experienceRelocation allowance available for right candidateOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA supportive and collaborative work environmentDiverse and challenging construction related projects
