This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about data quality, HR reporting, and delivering insights that support informed business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain HR data in SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and quality through cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.Analyse HR data and develop reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics using SAP SuccessFactors and advanced Excel to support business decision-making.Support HR systems through maintenance, testing, upgrades, data migration,
