This provides exposure to business ownership principles while being supported by experienced retail leaders.What You'll Be DoingLead, coach and inspire your team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and commercial resultsOversee day-to-day store operations, compliance and presentation standardsDrive team performance through coaching, development and genuine customer care—not pushy sales tacticsManage rosters, labour efficiency and store budgetsSupport customers in-store with eyewear selection and patient carePartner closely with Optometrists to deliver exceptional patient experiencesAbout YouYou'll bring:Previous retail leadership experience (Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager,
