Cleaning & Processing: Trim, and clean harvested cane to ensure it meets strict quality standards.Bundling & Packaging: Accurately weigh and secure the processed cane into accurate 10-kilogram bundles.Loading & Logistics: Assist in moving, loading, and securely stacking the 10kg bundles into large transport boxes weighing up to 1,000kg.Requirements & CapabilitiesPhysical Fitness: Ability to perform repetitive manual labourWeather Resilience: Comfortable working outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions, wet weather (within reason).
Attention to Detail: Ability to consistently bundle and tie cane accurately to the required 10kg specification.Team Player: Strong, cooperative work ethic to work smoothly within a team .
