maintaining and improving the performance from network sales / channel partner groups, including the following:Continue to nurture relationships that are in place, and establish new target markets to grow the network of referring partnersSet and monitor sales targetsContract management on all pending sales from holding deposit through to settlementDevelop ideas and create offers for direct mail and marketingMonitor and report back on channel activities and feedbackSpecific requirements:You will have experience in managing channel partners within the Sydney off-the-plan spaceDemonstrated track-record of achieving sales resultsHold a current Certificate of Registration or LicenseMust have Salesforce or Property Base experienceMarket-leading developer with stellar reputationExisting relationships in place to take-overBe the only channel manager onsiteSecure role with an 8+ year project, multiple stages and launches
