St Clair Recreation Centre is a busy community hub delivering recreation and programs to the local community.
We're looking for a Programs Assistant to fill our roller skating component and teach in our Learn to Skate classes.
Based at St Clair, you will lead fun, safe and engaging skating sessions, helping participants of all ages and abilities build confidence and skills on wheels.
This is a casual role with Friday and weekend availability required.Key responsibilities include:Teach basic roller skating skills in Learn to Skate classesKeep fun and safety at the forefront of every session you leadConduct activities and structured sessions as directedSet up and pack down, maintaining a secure and neat area suitable for all ages and abilitiesProvide an enjoyable experience that keeps participants coming backSuccessful candidates will have:2+ years of roller skating experience and the confidence to teach basic skating skillsRRHAN-EC Masterclass Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect,
