Join this leading, Global Health tech looking for a Clinical Systems / Change Manager to work with them on a high profile clinical system project.Sydney CBD based (hybrid working) 2 year contract role.Key focus areas for you would beLead the development and execution of end-to-end change strategies for a full Clinical system replacementEmbed change management into program delivery, cutover planning, and go-live activitiesConduct detailed impact assessments, including workflow, process, and role-level impacts across clinical teamsDrive business readiness and transition planning, ensuring teams are prepared for system migration and recent workflowsDesign and deliver targeted communication strategies that simplify complex technical and clinical changesPartner with clinical leads and SMEs to deliver role-based training and capability upliftIdentify and manage change risks and resistance, particularly in high-dependency clinical environmentsDefine and track adoption and readiness metrics, ensuring successful transition and sustained system utilisationCoach senior stakeholders and clinical leaders to act as effective change sponsorsYOU!
-5+ years of experience working in healthcare or similarly complex,



regulated environments (e.g. technology, telehealth, digital health)Ability to work closely with delivery teams and embed change into Agile or hybrid project environmentsStrong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior leaders and clinical usersStrong ability to build and maintain relationships.
Engage business leader, solve problems, build consensus, establish credibility and achieve objectivesDemonstrated experience in impact assessment, readiness planning, and resistance managementAbility to translate technical change into clear, user-focused communication and training approachesA structured approach to change, ideally with exposure to frameworks such as ADKAR or similarProven ability to work creatively and analytically to problem-solve, demonstrating teamwork and innovationFlexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, activities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience with working across multiple time zones with resources based across various remote locations
