Our client is looking for someone that can make a difference and is a excellent match for a Rostering Manager role.
We're seeking an experienced Rostering Manager to support a leading aged care provider by leading a dedicated team and ensuring seamless workforce coordination across multiple service streams.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Rostering Officers
Oversee end?
to?
end rostering, shift coverage, and workforce allocation across Residential and Home and Community services
Improve efficiency, reduce overtime, and support care?
minute targets




Ensure compliance with aged care legislation, industrial instruments, and quality standards
Provide accurate reporting and data insights to management
Conduct audits relating to casual hours, visa restrictions, and roster compliance
Identify process improvements and support continuous workforce optimisation
About You
Strong experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination (aged care, disabilities or health preferred)
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem?
solving skills
Ability to interpret EA, NES, and legislative requirements
High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
Calm, proactive and able to manage competing priorities
Collaborative, people?
focused and committed to quality and continuous improvement
