The hospital operates Monday to Friday only.About the opportunityWe are seeking a Nurse Unit Manager - PACU/Admissions/Overnight Ward to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.Key Selection Criteria to be demonstrated for this role are:Organizational and decision-making skillsExperience in developing, implementing, and evaluating nursing policies and procedures.Leadership and management abilityPositively implementing changeMotivated to provide self-development and educationParticipates to a high level of clinical skillFlexibility in working hours and dutiesOngoing commitment to OH&S; and risk management.Commitment to the provision of quality and exceptional customer experienceDeveloping effective relations with key stakeholders; including CURA, VMO's and Reps.Demonstrated ability to manage the budgeting process regarding human and material resources is desirablePromoting and ensuring safe patient care, evidence of previous experience in Quality,
