You will travel early mornings to markets and suppliers, assess product quality, negotiate pricing, and ensure our stalls are consistently stocked with fresh, in‐demand items.Key ResponsibilitiesSelect and purchase produce based on customer demand, seasonal availability, and market trendsTravel early mornings to farmers markets, wholesalers, and suppliersAssess product quality, pricing, and supply optionsNegotiate prices, delivery schedules,
