You'll be empowered to make an impact by driving membership growth, developing your team, and creating a welcoming community where members achieve their fitness goals.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership position responsible for the day-to-day operations and overall performance of the club.
You will lead from the front, ensuring operational excellence while driving sales, member retention, and community engagement.Your success will be measured by your ability to grow the membership base, deliver exceptional customer service, and create an environment where both members and staff thrive.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive new membership sales and consistently achieve monthly targets and KPIs.Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable member experiences.Oversee the day-to-day operations and presentation of the club.Recruit, lead, coach, and motivate staff to achieve individual and team goals.Build strong relationships within the local community through outreach and partnerships.Conduct club tours, manage enquiries, and onboard recent members.Implement strategies to improve member retention and satisfaction.Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures,

Current First Aid and CPR certification.Current Working with Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
Current fitness industry registration will be highly regarded.
