With oversight spanning planning, design, specification, stakeholder engagement, and project execution including both contract and project management.
The Roads Manager ensures infrastructure initiatives are delivered sustainably and in alignment with the long-term aspirations outlined in the Community Strategic Plan.This role commands three integral teams: the Civil Design Team, Civil Project Management Team, and Infrastructure Renewal Team, orchestrating their collective efforts to deliver high-impact public works.
Through coordinated leadership and technical direction, the Roads Manager drives performance across project lifecycles, ensuring consistency, quality, and community-focused outcomes.A key focus of the role is to decouple design and construction phases from financial year constraints, enabling infrastructure programs to be forward-planned and seamlessly executed across budget cycles.
