This role sits at the operational core of the Australian finance function, working closely with both the local team and the China head office to support month end close and ongoing reporting requirements.Your Main Duties Will IncludeEnd to end accounts payable and payment run administration, including supplier invoice matching,



coding and query resolutionCorporate credit card reconciliations and staff reimbursementsWeekly and monthly bank and account reconciliations relating to payables, investigating and resolving discrepanciesIntercompany transactions and reimbursements across associated entitiesSupporting month end close, BAS and routine financial reportingFinancial data entry, record keeping and general finance administrationBuilding robust working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth payment processesThe Successful Candidate Will DemonstratePrevious experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Officer, Bookkeeper or Finance Administration roleStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlinesAbility to work independently while contributing positively within a teamProfessional proficiency in Mandarin and English
