As we continue to grow, we're looking for a passionate HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team and help support our people across our retail network.About the RoleBased in Maroochydore, this is a hands-on HR Advisor role supporting our Piercing Professionals and studio leaders across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll be the first point of contact for a broad range of HR matters, working closely with the HR team to deliver practical, timely, and compliant advice across our fast-paced retail network.What You'll Be DoingProviding day-to-day HR advice and support to Area Managers, Studio Leaders, and Piercing ProfessionalsManaging employee relations matters including performance, conduct, and workplace investigationsSupporting award and agreement interpretation (including GRIA) to ensure compliance across pay, classifications, and entitlementsPartnering with the Talent Acquisition team on support and assisting where neededContributing to HR projects including policy development, culture initiatives,



and process improvementMaintaining accurate HR records and supporting reporting requirementsBuilding strong relationships with stakeholders across a multi-site retail environmentWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience in an HR Advisor, HR Coordinator, or similar generalist HR role, ideally in retail or multi-site environmentsWorking knowledge of Australian employment law and awards/industrial instruments (NZ experience highly regarded)Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsA proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to manage multiple prioritiesHigh attention to detail and sound judgement handling sensitive and confidential mattersTertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (desirable)Why SkinKandyBe part of a well-known, growing, and values-driven brandSupportive HR team workplace with genuine variety in your day-to-day workOpportunity to make a real impact across a large retail networkBased in the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Maroochydore location
