This is a hands‐on delivery role with short‐term growth opportunities towards a leadership role blending strategic oversight, business management, client engagement, and technical project delivery.You'll:Act as the key communication lead across clients,



stakeholders, and leadershipManage project delivery budgets, forecasts, invoicing, and reportingEnsure compliance with quality, safety, and company systemsLead day-to-day operations and contribute to P&L; performance of the Cairns officeDrive business development by maintaining robust client relationshipsDrive project delivery with technical excellence and accountabilityContribute to the growth of the office and servicesWhat You'll BringQualifications in either Engineering, Construction or Architecture are preferred but not essentialProven experience in client-side project management with public sector experience highly regardedDemonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong focus on achievementStrong business development and client relationship skillsTechnical expertise with the ability to oversee diverse projectsCommercial acumen including contracts, risk, and financial managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilitiesNot living in tropical northern Australia but keen to make the change?
