We provide training programs, engagement with local communities and a commitment to improve the world around us, inch by inch.Ensure all jobs are completed in a timely fashion with the best possible turnaround time (TAT).
Ensure all reports are accurate and error-free before they are submitted to Service Coordinators, Team Leaders, or clients.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerform calibrations, verifications, testing, preventative maintenance and repairs onTemperature, Pressure, Flow, Weighing and Analytical Instrumentation as requested by the customer and instructed by the Field Team Leader for our customers.Ensure all calibrations are performed as per documented Trescal calibration procedures.Ensure all jobs are completed in a timely fashion with best possible TATEnsure that reports are accurate and error free before they are submitted to Service Coordinators, Team Leaders or clientsBe involved and responsible for resolving first line customer queries and complaints asrequired.Participate and encourage teamwork within the service area and company as a whole.Delivering service to company KPI's and QAMaintenance and calibration of internal equipment.Ensure any Laptops and Phones provided are treated with care and maintained in positive order.
Any problems, loss or damage are to be brought to the attention of your Field Manager or State ManagerEnsure any personal accident occurring on site or in Trescal Labs is reported to your TeamLeader or Branch Manager and OHS Officer immediately.Ensure risk assessments, JSA,



SWMS are completed as appropriateParticipation in field management meetings and laboratory toolbox meetingsAssist with pricing and quoting as directed by the Team LeaderLooking after company asset at all times- help preserve service life Any other reasonable tasks as instructed by the Field Team Leader or Branch ManagerExperience and QualificationsMandatorySkills and experience with digital, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instrumentation.Technically competent in performing traceable calibrations to various instrumentationTechnically competent in performing repairs to various instrumentationGood understanding of computing systems and business softwareHighly DesirablePrevious work experience in a process control organisationPrevious work experience in providing traceable calibration servicesFamiliar with the use and operation of Quality Management SystemsMandatoryTrade qualification in process control instrumentation, electrical, electrical engineering, or industrial electronics.Highly DesirableRestricted Electrical LicenseRequired Personal QualitiesStrong organisational skills and ability to stick to agreed deadlinesFlexibility and a team-based approach to tackle workload day-to-dayAbility to work autonomouslyAn open mind and a "can do "and solution focused attitudeProficiency in using calibration software and laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Professional presentation and approach to the job, colleagues and clients.Professional level of written and verbal communication skills.Dedication to building long lasting relationships with customers and stakeholdersDedication to exceeding sales targets in the budgetAble to work autonomously on a daily basis and manage time effectively.Mechanical and computer aptitude (Excel etc.)PunctualWorking ConditionsNormal working conditions, OT as required by the business and agreed by the employeeWorking across NSW and occasionally interstate on customer sites.Frequent stays in hotels for job duration
