Asthma & Anaphylaxis CertificationStrong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Quality Improvement PlansA genuine love of children, learning and leading othersPhysically fit for the demands of the role, including working outdoors in the heat, standing for long periods, safely bending, lifting and carrying children and their equipment/toys, and responding quickly in an emergencyWhat You'll Be DoingLeading and mentoring educators in curriculum design and reflective practiceOverseeing the implementation of the EYLF across all roomsSupporting educators to embed child-led, play-based learningDriving continuous quality improvement and supporting QIP developmentBuilding strong partnerships with families and the wider communityBringing the Curiosity Tree values to life every dayReady to Lead With Us?
