including:Comprehensive psychological assessmentsBehaviour support and interventionAdapting evidenced based intervention so they are accessible to all.Risk assessment and formulationConsultation with families and support teamsTraining and mentoring of support staffYou will be responsible for ensuring approaches used are evidenced based and responsive.looking for someone who:Is a registered Psychologist (or eligible for registration with AHPRA)Enjoys looking at complex presentations and looking for "what works"Can engage with people from diverse backgroundsIs warm, authentic and able to build strong therapeutic relationshipsThinks creatively while remaining grounded in evidence-based practiceWants to continue learning and developing professionallyExperience in forensic psychology, behaviour support, trauma, intellectual disability or complex mental health is welcomed but not essential.
