We connect great people with meaningful work and support services that make a genuine difference in local communities.The OpportunityWe're looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Lead / Collections Officer to take ownership of aged debt, accelerate collections and help maintain strong cash flow across the business.You'll work closely with branch managers, finance teams and clients to resolve payment issues, reduce outstanding debt and drive collection performance.

receipting and banking activitiesPartner with branch managers on collection strategiesSupport specialised billing processes including NDIS, DVA and Lifetime CareAbout YouProven experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or CollectionsStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skillsExcellent attention to detail and reconciliation accuracyConfident managing difficult conversations professionallyStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsComfortable working with finance systems and reporting toolsWhy Join Us?
