The successful candidate will work with management and system users to identify requirements, analyse current system functionality, prepare system specifications, coordinate approved improvements and test implemented solutions.Location: Unit 9, 7 Salisbury Road, Castle Hill NSW ****Employment Type: Full-TimeSalary: $90,000 to $95,000 per annum plus SuperannuationKey ResponsibilitiesEvaluate existing ICT systems supporting product distribution, stock management, online sales, order processing and business reportingConsult with management and system users to identify operational issues, system requirements and required functionalityAnalyse system processes, information flows and data requirements and recommend suitable system modificationsPrepare functional specifications, process models, system requirements and implementation documentationAssess proposed applications, system components and integrations against business and user requirementsCoordinate the configuration, implementation and integration of approved system changesDevelop and carry out system, integration and user acceptance testingInvestigate system defects, workflow failures and data issues and coordinate their resolutionMonitor implemented systems to assess performance,



reliability, data accuracy and user outcomesPrepare user procedures, system documentation and training materialsLiaise with software providers, technical consultants and internal users during system improvement projectsEnsure system changes support data integrity, information security and operational continuityCandidate RequirementsBachelor degree or higher qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related disciplineMinimum 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Systems Analyst or in a comparable ICT systems analysis roleExperience evaluating ICT systems and translating user requirements into functional system specificationsStrong knowledge of systems analysis, process modelling, data requirements, system integration and testing methodologiesExperience with inventory, distribution, e-commerce, order management or business reporting systems will be highly regardedAbility to prepare system specifications, testing documentation, user procedures and implementation recordsStrong analytical, technical problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsAbility to manage multiple system improvement activities and coordinate with users and external providersStrong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate technical documentationOnly candidates currently residing in Australia will be shortlisted
