You will help create a safe, welcoming environment while supporting clients through their recovery journey and assisting with the day-to-day operation of the service.Your ResponsibilityProvide trauma-informed, person-centred support that promotes safety, dignity and empowermentAssist with client intake, assessment and orientation into the serviceWork alongside Case Workers to implement individual support and case plansMaintain accurate case notes and client recordsSupport the day-to-day operation of the accommodation service, ensuring a safe and welcoming environmentAdvocate for clients and liaise with external services and community partnersDeliver support in accordance with the Client Service Delivery Model (CSDM), organisational policies and best practiceMaintain a strong commitment to work health and safety, safeguarding and continuous improvementYou Will NeedSt Vincent de Paul Society considers being a woman is a genuine occupational qualification for this position under section 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act **** (NSW).
