This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Property Manager who wants to manage a quality portfolio with genuine support from a Junior Property Manager, Leasing support, and a hands-on Director.
The Opportunity
Manage a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 170 properties
Work alongside an experienced leadership team that is actively involved in the business
Focus on owners, tenants, and portfolio performance rather than being overloaded with back-end administration

The Best Part?
This is not a typical Property Management role.
You will not be responsible for:
Tribunal appearances
Arrears management
Annual inspections
Lease preparation
Bond lodgements
Trust accounting or accounts
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Conduct routine and outgoing inspections
Manage maintenance requests and coordinate trades
Communicate proactively with landlords and tenants
Handle rent reviews and rent increases
Issue breach notices where required
Maintain solid relationships across your portfolio
What We're Looking For
Ideally 4+ years' Property Management experience
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills
Excellent time management and organisational ability
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
