For the right person, this role offers the opportunity to transition into a permanent part-time or full-time position if desired in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesProviding outstanding customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionalsManaging patient appointments and clinic schedulesGreeting patients and handling enquiries both in person and over the phoneProcessing patient registrations and maintaining accurate medical recordsManaging billing, Medicare claims, EFTPOS transactions, and account enquiriesSupporting GPs, nurses,
