Join a family-owned business that genuinely backs its peopleCoordinate servicing and repairs to keep equipment readyAbout the roleAs a Service Controller, you'll keep our Distribution Centre workshop running efficiently by coordinating servicing, repairs, and equipment flow.You will:Create and manage service jobs for repairs and preventative maintenanceSchedule and coordinate equipment servicing to minimise downtimeMaintain accurate service records, job cards, and cost allocationsOrder parts and ensure essential workshop supplies are always availableMonitor and update service requirements using internal systems (e.g. Baseplan)Support the smooth movement of equipment through the workshopCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to keep operations on trackAssist with site-based servicing and repairs when requiredSupport safe work practices and ensure compliance with safety standardsAbout YouYou're someone who enjoys supporting a team and takes ownership of getting things done properly.You'll bring:Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing prioritiesConfidence using systems and computers for job tracking, records,
