You'll play an important role in supporting our customers, managing warranty repairs, improving product performance, and providing valuable technical feedback to our product development team.Based in our Caringbah HQ, you'll work alongside a friendly and supportive team where technical expertise, teamwork, problem‐solving, and a positive attitude are highly valued.About the RoleAs our Repair Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and testing a range of pressure washers, pumps, motors, vacuums and electrical equipment.
You will also take ownership of warranty assessments and repairs, ensuring customers receive efficient and reliable solutions.Diagnosing faults and repairing pressure washers, pumps, motors and electrical equipmentInspecting returned products and assessing warranty claims to determine faults, repair requirements, and outcomesManaging warranty repairs from initial assessment through to completion,



including accurate documentation and customer updatesTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pump, and component‐related issues using logical diagnostic processesCarrying out repairs, servicing, testing, and quality checks on productsReplacing and repairing components including pumps, seals, valves, motors, switches, hoses, fittings, and electrical partsConducting final testing to ensure repaired units are operating correctly before being returned to customersProviding technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers and internal teamsCommunicating with customers over the phone to provide advice, fault diagnosis, and repair updatesMaintaining accurate repair records, warranty information, and job notes using internal computer systemsManaging multiple repair jobs while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detailWorking closely with customer service and operations teams to resolve issues efficientlyProviding technical feedback and recommendations to assist with product improvements and future product developmentAbout YouPrevious experience repairing pressure washers, pumps, power tools, electrical equipment,
