This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in commercial insurance while gaining hands-on experience within an innovative and technology-driven business.Working closely with our underwriting team, you'll play an important role in assessing opportunities, supporting broker relationships, and contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our underwriting processes.What You'll Be DoingReviewing and pre-qualifying submissions received from broker partners.Entering and maintaining prospect information within our underwriting systems.Preparing submissions for referral and assessment by senior underwriters.Communicating with broker partners to assist with underwriting enquiries.Contributing ideas to improve underwriting efficiency, automation, and customer experience.Supporting the broader underwriting team with other related activities as required.What We're Looking ForResidents of Australia only - any exceptions to this can make their case via email to ****** studying or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Finance, Insurance, or a related discipline.Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems.A growth mindset with a willingness to learn and develop.Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to a high-performing team.Why Join Harland Green?
