RMLV Certificates and Approved Managers LicencePrevious experience in a suburban pub advantageousAbility to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiencesOutgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interactionThe ability to implement and adhere to policies and proceduresReliable and excellent personal presentationEnthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within itYour drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience will be the key within this role.
