Your responsibilities will include:Leading and coordinating a team of tradespeople and labourers on siteEnsuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policiesManaging the allocation of resources,



equipment and materials on siteMonitoring work progress and maintaining high-quality standards dailyFacilitating communication between all site staff and the management teamAssisting with on-site training and mentoring of all junior site staffAbout YouThe successful candidate will have:A solid trade background with supervisory or leading hand experienceExcellent communication, leadership and robust problem-solving skillsA Class 2 licence (preferred but not essential) is highly desirableYour own vehicle, a valid driver's licence and reliable daily travelAbility to commute within a 20-minute drive of the job site each dayLocal candidates preferred with knowledge of the surrounding regionsStrong work ethic with the ability to lead and mentor your own teamWhat's in it for You?
