ensuring the functions team run the event based on an Event OrderApplying deposits and charging tab at the end of the functionAssistance in roster managementDriving food & beverage sales to achieve set KPIsManaging staff schedules/coordinating tasks for seamless serviceProviding leadership and training to team membersContributing to strategic initiatives for business growthWhat we're looking forA passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiencesMinimum of 1 year experience in a management roleStrong operational and customer service skillsStrong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilitiesAustralian work rights will be assessed on a case-by-case basisWhat we offerAt The Duxton, we are committed to fostering qualified growth and development.
