You will work with quality products and assist in the culinary department of the hotel.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing foodPrepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklistOperate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryersSet-up and break down work stationServe food in proper portions onto proper receptaclesWash and disinfect kitchen area, tables, tools, knives, and equipmentCheck and ensure the correctness of the temperature of appliances and foodFollow 5 star luxury standards and proceduresREQUIREMENTSAvailable to work overnight shifts (generally 8.30pm/9pm start and 4.30am/5am finish), weekends,
