or equivalent.1–3 years' Australian structural engineering experienceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsPositive attitude and willingness to learnEligible for Membership status of the Institute of Engineers Australia (MIEAust)Tasks & responsibilitiesAssist with structural analysis, design and engineering calculationsPrepare structural design documentation and reportsWork under the supervision of senior engineers on a variety of engineering projectsAssist with structural modelling and engineering computationsCoordinate with engineers, drafters and other project team membersAttend site inspections when requiredDeliver quality work while meeting project deadlinesContinue developing technical knowledge of Australian Standards and engineering practicesExperience using one or more structural engineering software packages, such as INDUCTA, RAPT, TEDDS, WALLAP, Microstran, ETABS, SAFE, SAP**** or RAM Concept, will be an advantage.
