Our Client, an established local business, is setting up an Incorporated Legal Practice alongside its existing services.
They're looking for a property-focused Lawyer to take on a genuinely varied caseload - conveyancing, estate planning, and commercial work - without the pressure of litigation.This is a standalone Principal Solicitor role, so you'll have real autonomy over how you manage your files and clients.
Some referrals will come through naturally via the existing business, though building your own client base over time will also be part of the role.Work arrangements are flexible with a mix of working in-office and from home, with part time hours open for discussion.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and review commercial contracts and business agreementsPrepare wills,



enduring powers of attorney, and trust deedsHandle estate administration and probateManage conveyancing and property transactions end to endAdvise a varied client base directly.What You BringYou'll be a practising Solicitor in the State of New South Wales.
You'll have:Proven experience in commercial law, estate planning, or conveyancingAccreditation as a Principal Lawyer or the ability to gain accreditation prior to commencementStrong drafting skills and attention to detailComfort working independently, with good client-facing skills.
