You'll be the first point of contact for people who've already shown interest in our services, no cold calling.
Your job is to connect with them, qualify them, and book them into our sales calendar.




This is a high volume sales role and you will be doing approximately ******* calls per day.What You'll Be DoingMaking outbound calls to warm leads who have opted inBooking qualified appointments into the sales calendarResponding to SMS and email enquiries promptlyFollowing a provided script and hitting daily/weekly KPIsContributing to organic content when needed (think behind-the-scenes, team moments, casual on-camera bits)What We're Looking ForNo experience required — we'll train youWe're looking for someone confident on the phone with a bubbly personalityComfortable with technology (Mac preferred, but general computer skills are fine)Reliable, punctual, and responsiveSelf-motivated and eager to hit daily KPI's and TargetsWhat's In It For YouFull training and scripts providedBase pay + commission — the more appointments you book and convert, the more you earnBe part of a growing brand where you're seen, not just a numberWork alongside the whole team in our new warehouse space located Bundamba
