and inclusion at all timesSkill & ExperienceWhat We Are Looking ForA caring, positive, and qualified attitudeExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamReliability, flexibility, and strong organisational skillsPrevious disability, aged care, community services, or support work experience is desirable but not essentialMandatory RequirementsApplicants must hold or be willing to obtain:NDIS Worker Screening Check (or clearance)Working With Children Check (WWCC)Current First Aid & CPR CertificateNational Police Check (within the last 12 months)Current Driver's Licence and access to carReliable and comprehensively insured vehicleSmartphone with internet accessRight to work in AustraliaDesirable QualificationsCertificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or related field or nurses/AIN/Nursing Students.Experience supporting people with disability, autism, psychosocial disability, or complex support needs
