This is a hands‐on role supporting the preparation and service of meals while helping keep the kitchen running smoothly.The RoleAssist with food preparation and cooking during serviceSupport the kitchen team during busy bistro and function serviceTake customer orders and process transactions using the point‐of‐sale (POS)



system as requiredMaintain a clean and organised kitchenAssist with dishwashing and general kitchen duties as requiredFollow food safety and hygiene standardsHelp with stock rotation and basic food storageWhat a Typical Shift Might Look LikeYou might start your shift helping prep ingredients for the bistro service, assist the cooks during a busy service, plate meals, and help keep the kitchen organised and running smoothly.
