The roles available are Casual through to Full time.
The role will see you providing high-quality, personalised support to clients with a range of disabilities, helping them to live independently and actively participate in their community.What you'll be doingAssisting clients with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation and household tasksAccompanying clients to appointments, social activities and community eventsDeveloping and implementing tailored support plans to help clients achieve their goalsAdvocating for clients and liaising with other healthcare professionals as neededMaintaining detailed client records and documentationEnsuring a safe, inclusive and empowering environment for all clientsWhat we're looking forA Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualificationDemonstrated experience in a similar Disability Support Worker roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skills,
