OptiLabs is a new preventative and early detection health screening program under the Optimum Health Solutions umbrella, designed to bring proactive corporate health assessment into Sydney workplaces.

We're looking for an Exercise Physiologist or Physiotherapist to lead it.
As Preventative Health Assessment Manager, you'll work directly with our Managing Director to build OptiLabs from the ground up.
You'll develop the screening templates and assessment frameworks, deliver corporate health checks across Sydney sites, and manage the client relationships that will define what this program becomes.
In time, you'll build and supervise a team around you.
What you'll be doing
Developing standardised screening templates, assessment frameworks, and client reporting tools
Delivering preventative health assessments across corporate client sites in Sydney, including cardiovascular risk screening, metabolic health checks, musculoskeletal assessments, and body composition analysis




Managing corporate client relationships and representing OptiLabs in client-facing settings
Managing end-to-end delivery of corporate health screening days, including scheduling and on-site coordination
Recruiting and supervising additional practitioners as the program scales
What you'll bring
Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy
Current AHPRA registration and ESSA or APA membership
3+ years post-graduate experience with exposure to health assessment, chronic disease prevention, or workplace health
Confidence working in corporate environments with non-clinical audiences
Solid written communication skills and the ability to translate a clinical finding into something a CEO will act on
Current driver's licence
