Striker Australia is a Western Australian manufacturing business based in Henderson, specialising in the design and manufacture of heavy-duty mobile crushing and screening equipment for the mining and resources sector.We are continuing to strengthen our manufacturing capability through safe, efficient, quality-led and commercially disciplined production practices that support sustainable growth and reliable customer delivery.ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a senior leadership role responsible for leading manufacturing operations and improving production planning, workforce capability, safety, quality, delivery performance and continuous improvement.The Manufacturing Manager will provide practical leadership across the workshop while building the systems, standards and operating disciplines required to support long-term operational performance.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead manufacturing activities across fabrication, assembly, paint, electrical and commissioning.Own production planning, sequencing, resource allocation and schedule adherence.Improve manufacturing controls, reporting, workflow, labour productivity and delivery reliability.Develop and maintain practical quality controls, inspection points, NCR discipline and corrective action tracking.Lead proactive safety systems including structured pre-starts, toolbox communication and compliance reporting.Review workforce capability and maintain a rolling 24-month workforce, equipment and infrastructure plan.Identify operational constraints and present commercially justified recommendations,
