With a strong reputation for delivering high-volume residential homes and townhouses and maintaining long-term developer and investor relationships, this business continues to experience steady growth across the Victorian market.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced, commercially focused environment alongside an experienced and supportive team.
The Role Prepare accurate sales estimates and tender documentation for residential projects Produce site costings, BOQs and preliminary pricing assessments Support the Sales and Pre-Construction teams throughout the sales process Price client variations, upgrades and amendments accurately and efficiently Review plans, engineering, developer guidelines and specifications Liaise with suppliers and trades to obtain competitive pricing Maintain estimating databases,



pricing schedules and supplier rates Ensure all estimates are completed within required timeframes and budgets About You Previous experience in Sales Estimating or residential construction estimating Exposure to wholesale, investor or volume residential building highly regarded Strong understanding of residential construction methods and workflows Knowledge of the Victorian residential construction market Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a rapid-paced environment Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Diploma of Building or relevant construction qualification advantageous What's On Offer Join a stable and growing residential builder with a strong project pipeline Work within a collaborative and commercially focused team Career development and progression opportunities Exposure to large-scale residential and investor-focused projects Supportive leadership team and positive workplace culture Competitive salary package based on experience
