We have grown significantly, matured our structure, and are now entering a new chapter - expanding into new states and territories, evolving our matrix organisation, and investing in our people through structured coaching, L&D;, and cultural development programs.We are a high-growth, mid-size civil infrastructure business looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a genuine people leadership role at a business that is scaling fast and to shape the HR function from a position ofreal influence.As our HR Manager, you will lead a team - including a Senior HR Advisor and outsourced payroll and recruitment functions - and oversee payroll, legislative compliance, recruitment and onboarding, governance, employment and industrial relations management, and ensure all employment practices meet legal obligations while supporting the growth and operational needs of the business.This role is suited to a hands-on HR leader who understands the realities of civil construction and contracting environments.
Someone who has worked closely with field-based teams, supervisors, plant operators, project managers and site leadership teams, rather than solely within corporate orwhite-collar organisations.What you'll be doing:Lead people and culture strategy across a growing, multi-region infrastructure businessDrive change management through continued organisational evolutionOversee employee relations - coaching, performance support,
