About the Role:
Lead the Blacktown toddler room with confidence, care, and creativityFoster safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentsDeliver high-quality programs that inspire curiosity and a love of learningBuild strong and respectful relationships with familiesMentor, guide, and support your team of educatorsCollaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and exceed expectations

Requirements:
A solid understanding of the NQS and EYLFWWCC/Blue Card, First Aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis & Child Protection TrainingExperience as a Room Leader highly regarded, but not essentialA genuine love for learning and the leadership skills to matchCert III and Diploma qualified educators are encouraged to apply
