You will be working one-on-one with NDIS participants in their homes and in the community, helping them achieve their goals and live as independently as possible.No two days are the same.
You might be supporting someone with their morning routine one day and accompanying them to a community activity the next.
What stays the same is the standard of care we expect, respectful, consistent and person-centred, every time.Key responsibilities:Providing support with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation and household tasksSupporting participants to access the community,



attend appointments and engage in social activitiesTransporting participants to and from activities as requiredMaintaining accurate progress notes after each shiftCommunicating openly with the team and raising any concerns promptlyAdhering to Thriveon's policies, procedures and the NDIS Code of Conduct at all timesWhat We Are Looking ForCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willingness to obtain prior to starting)Valid Queensland driver's licence and reliable vehicle with business use insuranceFirst Aid and CPR certificates (or willingness to obtain)A genuine commitment to person-centred, dignified supportStrong communication skills and a professional attitudeAbility to work independently and manage your time effectivelyExperience in disability support, aged care or a similar field is preferred but not essential, we will train the right personWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rates in line with the NDIS Price GuideSet shifts available consistently so you can plan your life around work not the other way around!
