site-based knowledge and solid organisational skills will allow you the tools required to succeed in this position.Roles & Responsibilities (Not limited to):Communication – Verbal & written to keep all parties well informedPreparation – Review & understand entire claim to ensure a successful repairQuality Control – Manage trades, suppliers & site to exceed all expectations on every repairRepair Schedules – Clearly & efficiently program repairs to bring claim to completion within KPIBudgets – Understand, monitor & control claim repair costsKey Performance Indicators – Exceed internal & external KPI'sAdditional items as required to ensure the team succeedsSkills & Abilities (Not limited to):Building Supervisor Licence (Required)Professional & OrganisedAttentionto detail while managing time efficientlyValued & active member of a team cultureDriven to succeed while working independentlyExperience - Site Supervisor or Project Manager
