This is a newly created hybrid Business Development and Account Management role focused on growing flexible packaging (films, plastics) and machinery solutions across Queensland and New Zealand.
You'll be responsible for winning new business, developing strategic customer plans, and nurturing long-term partnerships in a highly relationship-driven environment.Known for their collaborative culture and long-standing industry relationships, our client are the exclusive provider of key printing and packaging machinery in their space, complemented by a strong consumables offering.
The packaging division alone represents a significant and growing revenue stream, with a clear focus on flexible packaging solutions including films and plastics.DescriptionReporting to the Head of Business Development, you will play a critical role in expanding market share and strengthening client relationships across QLD and NZ.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute a strategic sales plan across flexible packaging and associated machineryIdentify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within key industrial and manufacturing sectorsManage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, building deep, long-term relationshipsWork closely with internal stakeholders to deliver tailored, solution-based offeringsTransition newly won clients into long-term partnerships,
